We will diagnose your computer or laptop first and then quote you the total costs… all up front.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We will inspect your computer or laptop and then report back to you with our quote for the repairs that would be required. At this time then you decide on what course of action we should take as far as proceed with your repairs or not. We start every job with the intention on completing the work from start to finish however should you decide to choose not to proceed then our minimum labour and diagnostic fee of $79.99 Inc GST will apply.<\/p>\n

In the unlikely event that we cannot repair your item then we will not charge you anything at all.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Walk-ins welcome however you may also book online at any time that is convenient for you. Once your booking is received then our support team will confirm your booking via email. 2. <\/span>Arrival & Diagnosis<\/h3>\n

After you drop off your computer or laptop then we will assess the job and know what is required for repairs. Then we will contact you with our quote to repair, you decide at that time if you wish to continue or cancel this job and then we proceed and fix it or cancel things at this stage.[\/brtm_info_box][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/4″][brtm_info_box template=”partials\/templates\/info-box” image_id=”1569″]<\/p>\n

3.<\/span>\u00a0Commence Repairs<\/h3>\n

We only repair with replacement of parts only of the original model unless otherwise specified and explained to you upfront. 4.<\/span> Return The Item<\/h3>\n

After your repair has been completed and fully tested in our workshop then a member of our support team will contact you either via email, phone or text to inform you that your computer or laptop is ready for collection.
